At Coyle Fine Jewelry & Watches LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury watches and jewelry, returns are accepted only when an item is materially inaccurate from its description or photographs.
Eligible Returns
- The item received differs materially from the description or photos provided at the time of purchase.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Items must be returned in the same condition received, with no signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, resizing, repair, or modification.
- All original packaging, boxes, pouches, certificates, documentation, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Serial numbers, identifying marks, and security measures must match our records.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Fit or sizing issues
- Preference or expectation differences not related to an inaccurate description
- Sale, clearance, discounted, or special-order items
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
