At Coyle Fine Jewelry & Watches LLC, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order securely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item’s value, destination, and shipping requirements.
Signature Confirmation
For security purposes, high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery. We reserve the right to require signature confirmation on any order at our discretion.
Insurance
Orders may be shipped with insurance coverage equal to the purchase price. Once tracking indicates successful delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow carriers adequate time to update tracking information.
Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped only to the address provided at checkout. To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we may require additional verification before shipping certain orders.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select items. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials. Claims for lost or damaged shipments may require cooperation with the carrier’s investigation process.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers may be required to file a claim with the carrier or local authorities.
