Welcome to Coyle Fine Jewelry & Watches LLC. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Condition

We specialize in pre-owned and estate watches and jewelry. Unless otherwise stated, items may show normal signs of prior ownership. We strive to accurately describe and photograph all items; however, minor variations in color, appearance, or condition may occur due to lighting, screens, and photography.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed and verified.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value purchases. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if an item is materially inaccurate from its description or photographs.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition received and include all original packaging, accessories, certificates, boxes, pouches, and documentation.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Fit or sizing concerns
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been altered, worn, resized, repaired, or damaged after delivery

Authenticity

Items are represented to the best of our knowledge and experience. Any third-party opinions, appraisals, or authentication services obtained after purchase do not automatically constitute grounds for return.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coyle Fine Jewelry & Watches LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, graphics, descriptions, and website content are the property of Coyle Fine Jewelry & Watches LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
